The 24 Best Bollywood Karaoke Songs

I’m pretty new to Bollywood music, but what I’ve found is that Bollywood does karaoke duets better than any other genre.

I listened to a lot of Bollywood music to bring you this karaoke list. So hopefully this catalogue of 24 Bollywood karaoke songs has something that works for everyone.

1. Bekhayali

“Bekhayali” from the 2019 film Kabir Singh is an emotional song that features an incredibly strong vocal part. It’s part rock, part pop, and 100% Bollywood.

The vocals are very prominent in this song, which means you’ll be unable to hide on stage. If you have full confidence in your voice and want to make an impression, this is the song for you.

2. Vaaste

This song has become incredibly popular in a very short time, and for good reason. It’s just a great song. And it turns out it works great for karaoke as well.

But you’re going to want to bring some friends up on stage because there are male and female parts. If this songs speaks to you, then just be prepared to shed a few tears on stage!

3. Aankh Marey

This is one of my favorite Bollywood songs because it’s just fun. This is a great song to perform if your vocal range is thin, and it’s just so easy to dance to.

This is our second song that works well as a duet, and since Bollywood does duets better than anyone else, it certainly won’t be our last.

4. Teri Meri Prem Kahani Bodyguard

Not only is this a great song to showcase your vocal talent, but it’s also got one of the most entertaining music videos I’ve seen.

If you can work in some of the memorable scenes from the video into your performance, you could have a seriously enjoyable performance on your hands (for you and the audience). And this is a great male/female duet, one of many on this list.

5. Tum Hi Ho

This is one of the most famous Bollywood songs ever (from Aashiqui 2), its relatively easy to sing, the vocals are very prominent, it’s a love song, and it being mostly in the tenor range it can fit both men and women. So yeah this song is excellent for karaoke.

And beyond that it’s just a great song.

6. High Rated Gabru

If you can pull off “High Rated Gabru” you could be dubbed the performance of the night. It’s not an easy song to sing well, but sung well it’s a great song for karaoke.

Before trying this one one on stage, do a few trial runs at home, make sure you can match the unique vibrato of Guru Randhawa.

7. Kaun Tujhe

This song is a really great song for women who want something a bit slower and easier to sing. The vocal range is relatively small and the notes move much slower, so it’s not a difficult song.

But that doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice song quality. It’s still a beautiful song that will captivate the audience…and they may even sing along!

8. Chahun Main Ya Naa

No karaoke list would be complete without a few duets. “Chahun Main Ya Naa” is a perfect karaoke song for couples with a male tenor part and a female soprano part.

I also love a song with a good spoken part, and this one has a couple fun ones towards the end. Either way, this song is a great piece to perform with someone you love (or would like to love).

9. Ae Dil Hai Mushkil

The title track from Ae Dil Hai Mushkil is a great in between song for classic and modern vocals. There’s still a bit of that old school vibrato, but it doesn’t permeate the entire song, it’s more like vocal flares here and there.

So if you love that classic sound and you’re looking for a track that let’s you give it a shot without being too demanding, this is a the song for you.

10. Yaad Piya ki Aane Lagi

“Yaad Piya ki Anne Lagi” has the classic sound I think of when I think of Bollywood, just with a modern take. It’s like the modern dance beat with the classic vocals.

This song is firmly in the alto/soprano range. So ladies, if you want to get up on stage and dance while you do your karaoke, this is your song.

11. Soch Na Sake

If you need to slow it down a bit (and sing an easier song), then “Soch Na Sake” is the song for you. It’s got a pretty small range and ends up being a pretty easy song for both the man and woman.

So pull a friend or two up on stage and take this slower song for a spin.

12. Pee Loon

This is just a great, easy Bollywood karaoke song for a male tenor or baritone. The vocal range is relatively small, but the melody is wonderful and will sound impressive for even the most vanilla voices.

Just an all around beautiful song that works incredibly well as a male karaoke piece.

13. Badri Ki Dulhania

“Badri Ki Dulhania” is perhaps at its best when people are dancing. It’s part pop song, part dance song and part rap song, and that makes it a lot of fun up on the karaoke stage.

If you come up on stage with all the dance moves you’re bound to be a hit regardless of how well you sing the song.

14. Yo Yo Honey Singh

The great thing about “Yo Yo Honey Singh” is that it’s a dance song with a great vocal part, but it doesn’t come with the common drawbacks of a dance song (very fast tempo, difficult to sing).

It’s pretty easy to sing and the vocal part is slow enough that you should have no trouble performing it on stage, even without any practice runs beforehand.

15. Fevicol Se

“Fevicol Se” is another song where classical and modern Bollywood meet. It’s got that old school vocal vibrato, the sitar riffs, the big dance number and everything, but also the techno beat.

This is yet another song with a male and female part, and while the female part is more prominent, it’s great for a fun duet. And it’s very easy to dance to as well, so everyone in the audience will be moving.

16. Dilbar

his one is almost more of a dance song than a karaoke song, but it works great for both. So if you’ve got the moves to match the voice, then “Dilbar” could be your performance to remember.

Ladies will need to be able to go into the soprano range for this song, and guys if you want to get a little weird, then you could drop it down an octave and shake it.

17. Munni Badnaam Hui

The music video for “Munni Badnaam Hui” has one of the best dance numbers I’ve ever seen. And the song itself is really fun and catchy too.

If you can pull off some of these dance moves while singing this song, everyone is going to love your performance.

18. Abhi Toh Party Shuru Hui Hai

Sometimes for a karaoke party you have to do exactly that, party. And “Abhi Toh Party Shuru Hui Hai” is one of the best Bollywood party songs ever.

This would be a really fun one to bring up some of your friends and just pass around the microphone while everyone dances.

19. Ban Ja Rani

“Ban Ja Rani” is a simple song that’s pretty easy to perform and is relatively upbeat, though not really a dance song.

One thing to keep in mind is that there’s a decent amount of auto-tune being used in the recording of this song, so you won’t be able to reproduce that sound live.

20. Tu Har Lamha

This one is pretty catchy, and the vocal part is pretty stunning if you’re a good male singer. So if you want to impress a special lady, this could be the song to get her eyes on you.

21. Lungi Dance Chennai Express

Maybe not the best song to show off your vocals, but it’s certainly one of the best songs to show off how much fun you’re having. If your voice isn’t super strong this is a great choice, because you don’t have to do a whole lot and the crowd will help you out.

Just get up there, chant the lyrics here and there, put the mic out to the audience, and just have fun and dance.

22. Oye Oye

This is a great piece for a group of women to perform together. The chorus is easy, catchy and lends itself to a mass of voices singing.

And of course it’s a good dance song as well. So whether you want to get your friends up on stage with you or perform along, “Oye Oye” is a sensible choice.

23. Dheere Dheere

“Dheere Dheere” is a great song, and it is quite popular. While it can work well for karaoke, there’s one thing that would make me a little nervous to perform it. The song makes heavy use of auto-tuning for the vocals.

There’s just no way to reproduce that effect on the karaoke stage. But if you don’t mind doing a more natural performance of the song, then by all means go for it. And it has a pretty fun rap part for you as well.

24. Blue Eyes

This wouldn’t be my personal pick for a karaoke song, but I have to respect the crowd appeal, the catchy chorus, and the fun semi-rap parts sprinkled throughout the song. This song would fit well for anyone who isn’t much of a singer and who just loves this song.
